We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, and FSA/HSA for all services, injectables, and supplements.
The office will provide a superbill for patients to submit to their insurance as an out of network provider.
Which expenses your HSA or FSA will reimburse is set by your individual plan. Check with your plan administrator if you are unsure.
